Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & TEMPLATES Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable files, ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

* Once a file, template, or bundle is purchased and delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

* Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your files, or if you accidentally purchased duplicate items in a single transaction, please contact us at info@alignedscope.com so we can make it right.

 

2. SHIPPED PHYSICAL ITEMS If you are unsatisfied with a physical product purchased from our store:

* Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

* Non-Returnable Items: Custom, personalized, or clearance physical items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival. *

Return Process: To initiate a return, email info@alignedscope.com with your order number. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

3. SERVICES & CONSULTATION BOOKINGS Cancellations or rescheduling for booked consultation sessions or custom operational services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds or credits for canceled service bookings are subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement.
