Shipping Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS Digital downloads are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive an on-screen download link as well as an automated confirmation email containing access to your purchased files. No physical items will be shipped for digital products.

 

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCT PROCESSING TIMES * Processing: Orders for physical items are processed and packaged within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). * Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order physical items may require an additional processing time of 5 to 7 business days prior to shipment. 3. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping speed.

 

4. CARRIERS & TRACKING We ship via [e.g., USPS / UPS / FedEx]. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier.

 

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING * Domestic: We ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. * International: We currently ship within the U.S. only.Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or tariff fees applied by their destination country.

 

6. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES If your physical shipment arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but missing, please contact us immediately at info@alignedscope.com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
